Waco Gym and Radio Shop Remodel

The Department of Public Safety is soliciting bids for the interior renovation of an existing gym facility and radio shop in Waco, Texas. The project requires all necessary supervision, labor, materials, and equipment for the renovation. The contract term will commence on the effective date stated in the signing document and will expire one year from that date. The contractor must provide a completed HUB Subcontracting Plan and comply with all state HUB requirements. The contractor must also provide proof of insurance and bonds as required by the contract. • The contractor must deliver and provide the commodities and services described in compliance with all requirements of the contract on a no minimum, as needed, as requested basis. • The contractor must submit proposed pricing on the Mandatory Pricing Schedule that includes all costs, fees, licenses, and expenses for the delivery and performance of the commodities or services requested. • The contractor must provide a statement of work, including project schedule and plan, and must address all requests for information detailed throughout the solicitation. • The contractor must submit to a fingerprint-based Criminal History Background Investigation, if required by DPS, at the contractor's expense.
