The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking support for the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS), a mission application that provides an integrated system and process for managing the lifecycle of official correspondence for the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Defense. • Reducing overall lifecycle support costs by limiting the need for additional operations and maintenance support
• Providing user training for 6,100 users and help desk and technical support services
