Utilities Field Office Renovation

The City of Winston-Salem is seeking bids for the renovation of the Utilities Field Office. The project includes selective demolition, rearrangement of rooms and doors, and various trades such as finishes, painting, flooring, masonry, electrical, millwork, plumbing, and minor HVAC work. The M/WBE subcontracting goals for this project are 15% MBE and 8% WBE and must be met separately. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held to summarize the scope of work and explain the City's M/WBE goals and program.
