Description
The City of East Dublin is soliciting sealed bids for the 2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Sanitary Sewer System Improvements project. The scope includes installing approximately 2,266 linear feet of 8‑ and 10‑inch gravity sewer pipe, constructing eleven new manholes (one to be rehabilitated), providing 21 new sanitary sewer service connections, abandoning 21 septic tanks, and completing associated erosion control, traffic control, bypass pumping, and surface restoration work. All work must be finished within 180 calendar days after the notice to proceed. Bidders must submit sealed bids, a 10 % bid bond, and later provide payment and performance bonds and insurance certificates.
