Bleckley County is seeking qualified architectural firms licensed in Georgia to provide preliminary design and, if funded, full design‑build services for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project that will upgrade the county’s Health Department building. The solicitation is a Statement of Qualifications and proposal request; firms must submit a detailed portfolio, experience with CDBG/EIP/RDF projects, key personnel resumes, fee structure, and proof of Errors & Omissions insurance.
