Intent to Award a Sole Source Modification to Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) FAIMIS Support IDIQ Contract

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to issue a sole-source modification to increase the maximum value of the FAIMIS Support IDIQ contract with CGI Federal Inc. The NRC requires continued operations, maintenance, modernization, and integration support for its Financial Accounting and Integrated Management Information System (FAIMIS), which is built on the proprietary Momentum ERP platform. The scope of the intended action includes unanticipated requirements associated with GO.gov travel system integration, Fee Billing Engine updates, and STAQS-FAIMIS interoperability enhancements. • The NRC is seeking to maintain continuity of financial management operations while developing an acquisition strategy for future FAIMIS support. • Interested parties may submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to perform the required work without unacceptable delay, duplication of cost, or disruption to current FAIMIS operations. • The Government will not reimburse costs incurred for responding to this notice.
