FY26 Bridges to College Grant

The Massachusetts Department of Higher Education (DHE) is issuing a request for proposals (RFP) for the Bridges to College (BtC) grant program. The program aims to support adult, low-income, and entry-level workers in accessing post-secondary education pathways toward in-demand jobs and careers. Eligible applicants include local education agencies, community-based organizations, community colleges, and correctional facilities with a track record of successfully bridging the gap between underserved populations and college entrance, retention, and completion. The total funding available is $247,500, and DHE anticipates awarding up to five grants in the range of $50,000 to $100,000.
