Description

The district seeks a qualified consultant to deliver comprehensive school‑based case‑management and youth‑intervention services for students involved with the juvenile‑justice system and/or gang activity across up to eleven Santa Ana schools. The contractor will provide on‑site case managers, mentorship, conflict‑mediation, alternative‑discipline practices, and coordination with district staff and external agencies, while maintaining FERPA‑compliant data and meeting detailed performance metrics. • Provide dedicated on‑site case managers to develop individualized service plans, conduct weekly contacts, and coordinate with IEP/SST/SED meetings. • Deliver youth‑mentoring, conflict‑mediation, and alternative‑discipline programs targeting attendance, safety, and reduced justice‑system involvement. • Maintain secure case‑management databases, submit monthly/quarterly reports, and meet outcome measures (attendance, discipline, recidivism). • Staff must clear Live‑Scan background checks, hold required certifications, and the contractor must carry extensive insurance (including $3 M abuse‑molestation coverage). • Contract term is one year (July 1 2025 – June 30 2026) with up to four optional one‑year renewals, contingent on funding and performance.

Budget estimate

$3,000,000 – $10,000,000

No dollar amount is disclosed. Assuming a per‑site daily rate between $2,000‑$5,000, service across up to 11 schools for a full school year (~180 service days) yields an estimated contract value of roughly $3 million to $10 million. This range accounts for staffing, overhead, insurance, and potential renewals.
