ELA Standards Review and Standards and Instruction Summit

The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) is seeking a single vendor to provide a venue, catering, and A/V equipment plus setup for the Illinois State Board of Education Standards and Instruction Department’s ELA Standards Review and Standards and Instruction Summit. The event will take place on June 23-24, 2026, in Central Illinois, with approximately 275 attendees. The vendor must provide a room setup in rounds to accommodate 275 people, beverage stations, and meals for both days. The vendor must also provide high-speed internet access, 4 microphones, and 2 projectors with screens. • The vendor must provide a quote that encompasses all costs, including service charges and applicable taxes, into one final total. • The vendor must maintain insurance coverage, including General Commercial Liability, Auto Liability, Worker’s Compensation, and Professional Liability. • The vendor must provide a copy of the certificate of insurance upon execution of the agreement. • The vendor must ensure that all subcontractors purchase and maintain insurance coverages identical to those required of the vendor.
