Grades 6-12 ELA Instructional Materials and Textbooks

The Kenosha Unified School District (KUSD) in Wisconsin is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive K‑12 English Language Arts curriculum, textbooks, and associated instructional resources for grades 6‑12. The contract will cover printed and/or digital student materials, teacher guides, ancillary workbooks, assessments, multimedia components, and professional learning services to support implementation. Vendors must align materials with Wisconsin ELA standards (2020) and, where applicable, WIDA standards for English language development. The solicitation requires detailed alignment documentation, pricing that is firm for 60 days, and a commitment to deliver professional development and ongoing support. • Provide full suite of ELA instructional materials (print/digital) for grades 6‑12, including student texts, teacher resources, workbooks, assessments, and multimedia assets. • Ensure alignment with Wisconsin ELA Standards (2020) and, for ELD components, WIDA 2020 Language Arts Standards. • Deliver professional learning services: initial implementation training, ongoing coaching, on‑demand online learning, and digital preview access for teachers. • Submit a sealed bid package (original, paper copy, electronic copy) by the November 13, 2026 deadline; include W‑9, references, and required certifications.
