ROOF REPLACEMENT AT FIRE STATION #3

The Town of Manchester is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of approximately 7,100 square feet of existing ballasted built-up roofing with a new EPDM membrane roofing system at Fire Station #3. The scope of work includes the removal and off-site disposal of existing roofing materials, removal and replacement of the existing roof hatch and associated roof accessories, and removal and replacement of existing roof drains. The contractor shall furnish and install a complete roofing system, including underlayment, flat and tapered insulation, blocking, and EPDM membrane. • The project requires the removal and replacement of existing roofing materials, including insulation, cant strips, tapered edge components, and metal flashings. • The contractor must provide a complete roofing system, including underlayment, flat and tapered insulation, blocking, and EPDM membrane. • The project includes the installation of new flashings, coping, fascia, and all related sheet metal trim, as specified and detailed. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage requirements. • The contractor must provide insurance certificates and maintain insurance coverage throughout the project.
