This Quick‑Quote solicitation seeks a vendor to renew the subscription and provide ongoing support for the State of Alabama’s existing pig‑trapping camera system used by the Conservation/SLD/FW (Pig) program. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the installed camera equipment, handling data collection, and supplying any necessary replacements or upgrades over the contract term.
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and firmware updates on all existing pig‑trapping cameras.
• Retrieve, store, and deliver video and sensor data to the agency in the required format and schedule.
• Supply replacement camera units, lenses, batteries, or other parts as needed to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and on‑site assistance in accordance with the State’s standard Quick‑Quote terms.
