Summer Renovations Project

The Summer Renovations Project involves various construction and demolition tasks. The project requires the removal of glass block and framing angles, 8" CMU painted to match adjacent walls, solid surface and brick sills, and other demolition tasks. The project also involves new construction, including a new wall section with #5 reinforcing at 32" OC, grout cores solid, and brick to match existing. • Demolition of existing walls and surfaces • Construction of new walls and surfaces • Installation of new materials, including insulation and reinforcing • Painting and finishing work to match existing walls • Other related construction tasks
