Notice SP Amd#2 for ongoing O&M and support services

The State of Oregon is seeking ongoing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and development support services for the Centralized Abuse Management System (CAM Solution). The services include incident management, environment management, triage/request and release management, user provisioning and access management, deployments and release management, refinements and bug fixes, consulting and project management services, and salesforce upgrade readiness support. The contract is expected to last from April 16, 2026, to October 31, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to provide these services to ensure the continuity of the CAM Solution. • The services include ongoing O&M support services, development support services, and salesforce upgrade readiness support. • The contract is expected to last from April 16, 2026, to October 31, 2026. • The successful bidder will be required to provide these services to ensure the continuity of the CAM Solution. • The State of Oregon is currently evaluating proposals through a competitive RFP process. • The Special Procurement is necessary to ensure the continuity of services while the RFP evaluation process is completed.
