Description
The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is seeking to purchase a Pallet Stacker, specifically a Big Joe Lift Truck/Pallet Stacker, Model: WS30-157". The procurement is a total small business set-aside, and award will be made to the quoter whose quotation offers the lowest-priced, technically acceptable solution. The contractor must provide a new equipment, with no remanufactured or "gray market" items accepted. The equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and the contractor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), an OEM authorized dealer, an authorized distributor, or an authorized reseller.
* The pallet stacker must have a capacity of 3000 lbs and a lift height of 157".
* The contractor must provide documentation from the manufacturer stating that they are an authorized distributor for the specific items being procured.
* The quotation must include a price for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN), and the contractor must submit a quotation that meets the Government's minimum solicited technical standards.
* The contractor must also provide information on the item's unique identification, including the enterprise identifier, serial number, and lot or batch number.
