Description
The Selective Service System (SSS) is seeking a vendor to provide a Readiness Simulation (RS) tool. The RS tool should be able to model the full end-to-end SSS mobilization pipeline, support configurable scenarios, and provide decision-support analytics. The tool should operate within an SSS-designated cloud environment and use anonymized aggregate data. The vendor will be responsible for designing, developing, validating, documenting, and delivering the RS tool. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract, and the vendor will be required to provide a technical quotation, past performance information, and a price proposal.
