A - Latest Addendum City of Lafayette: Art on the Street Outdoor Sculpture Removals & Installations

The City of Lafayette is seeking a contractor to handle the removal and installation of outdoor sculptures for the Art on the Street sculpture program. The contractor will be responsible for safely and securely displaying the sculptures, collaborating with the City's Public Art Coordinator and each artist on site, and providing all necessary labor, equipment, tools, and supplies. The contract term is anticipated to begin on April 20, 2026 and end on April 23, 2026. • The contractor must have experience in handling, setting, and removing sculptures outdoors. • The contractor must be able to collaborate with the City's Public Art Coordinator and each artist on site. • The contractor must provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, and supplies. • The contractor must ensure the safe and secure display of the sculptures. • The contractor must utilize best practices for sculpture handling and transport.
