Mid-Wilshire Medical Office Building Seismic and Program Improvements (BP07A - Waterproofing, Roofing, Sheet Metal)

The University of California, Los Angeles, is inviting bids for a lump sum subcontract for waterproofing, roofing, and sheet metal flashing work at the Mid-Wilshire Medical Office Building. The project includes seismic improvements and interior tenant improvements. The successful bidder will be required to have a California current and active contractor's license, follow nondiscrimination requirements, and pay prevailing wage.
