Description
The Malcom Randall VA Medical Center requires a brand name or equal procurement to replace a blown tank. The replacement tank must meet specific requirements, including being constructed of carbon steel plate, having a maximum allowable working pressure of 150 PSI at 450 F, and featuring a stainless steel coil heat exchanger. The contractor must provide a realistic and achievable delivery schedule and warranty information. The Government will evaluate quotations based on technical, delivery, and price factors, with technical and delivery factors being more important than price.
