Description
The City of Detroit is seeking a contractor to perform an emergency residential demolition of a garage at 18504 St Louis. The garage is structurally unsound and poses a danger to the community. The contractor will be required to make the site safe by demolishing the garage. The work must be completed on an emergency timeline, regardless of whether Frost Laws are in effect.
• The garage roof is collapsing inward, and the masonry walls are bowing outward.
• The masonry blocks are falling, and the garage door framing has deteriorated.
• The contractor must provide a price sheet and adhere to the scope of services outlined in the attached documents.
• The contractor must also comply with the EMG Professional Rate Schedule and other requirements specified in the attached documents.
