Quotations must be submitted by 11 Sep 2026; questions are due by 8 Sep 2026. The contract is set‑aside for small business categories (WOSB, HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.). Budget estimate

$200,000 – $400,000

The contract value is not disclosed, but a typical lease for a 3‑ton electric forklift in Japan ranges from US $25‑35 k per year. Leasing three units for a base year plus two optional years (maximum three years) would therefore be roughly 3 units × 3 years × $30,000 ≈ $270,000. Small‑business set‑aside pricing pressure and potential discounts could lower the total, while premium equipment specifications or extended support could raise it. A reasonable estimate is between $200,000 and $400,000 for the full three‑year maximum term.
