The State of Illinois, Department of Natural Resources, is seeking a vendor to provide trained crew members for prescribed fire operations in southern Illinois. The project aims to facilitate the application of prescribed fire throughout Heritage and INPC sites in the region. The vendor will be required to provide crew members who have completed S-130, S-190, and fire field day training, and have experience with all aspects of prescribed fire operations. The contract will have an initial term commencing upon the last dated signature of the Parties and ending on April 15, 2027. • The vendor will be responsible for providing trained crew members for prescribed fire operations. • The vendor will be required to provide documentation of crew experience and qualifications. • The vendor will be responsible for supplying standard fire equipment as requested by the Primary Job Coordinator. • The vendor will be required to provide a per hour bid for the contractual work described in the job specifications. • The contract will have a maximum term of ten years, including renewals and extensions.
