Bull Hide Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase 2 Expansion

The City of Waco is seeking bids for the expansion of the existing Bull Hide Wastewater Treatment Facility. The project includes the construction of a new Influent Pump Station, Headworks, Flow Distribution Structure, Process Trains, Mixed Liquor Splitter Box, Secondary Clarifiers, Disk Filter, UV Disinfection Equipment, Solids Storage and Thickening Facilities, Odor Control Systems, Alum Feed Facility, Electrical and Blower Buildings/Enclosures, and site civil piping, grading, and drainage improvements. The scope of work is extensive and requires a comprehensive approach to wastewater treatment plant expansion. • The project aims to increase the facility's capacity to 4.0 mgd ADF and 16.0 mgd P2HF. • The expansion includes the construction of new facilities and the replacement of outdated equipment. • The project requires site civil piping, grading, and drainage improvements. • The bid package includes electronic plan documents and specifications. • A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 3, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. – 12 P.M.
