Description
The Department of the Treasury is seeking information from vendors who can host the G7 Deputies Finance Track meeting in March 2027. The meeting will be a two-day event and will require a venue with adequate sleeping rooms, meeting space, and cultural engagement activities. The vendor should be able to provide a narrative describing the unique attributes and competitive advantages of the proposed city and venue, as well as highlight factors that distinguish the destination and facility from other potential locations. The vendor should also provide details on the proposed venue, meeting space, food and beverage services, reception, and cultural event.
• The meeting will be attended by approximately 175 people.
• The vendor should provide a room block with a minimum of 30 rooms on the first and last day, and 175 rooms on the meeting days.
• The vendor should provide food and beverage services, including all-day coffee and tea service, AM and PM snack breaks, and buffet-style lunch.
• The vendor should provide a reception with food and beverage options for 175 people.
• The vendor should provide a cultural event that showcases the unique character, heritage, and attractions of the host city.
