This solicitation seeks statewide contractors to provide hot‑mix asphalt and concrete crack‑sealing services, including routed and non‑routed joint sealing, mobilization, traffic‑control support, and concrete joint resealing. The work is performed across New Mexico on both asphalt and concrete pavement networks. Seven qualified firms submitted bids, offering unit prices per pound of sealant, per mile of mobilization, and per hour of traffic‑control services. The contract will cover quantities ranging from 20 000 lb to 100 000 lb for each sealant type, plus up to 100 000 linear feet of concrete joint work and extensive traffic‑control staffing.
