Description
The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Training Center (TRACEN) Birmingham Southern is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive waste removal services. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing, placement, maintenance, and removal of waste containers, collection, transport, and lawful disposal of general refuse, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The period of performance is from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027.
• The contractor must provide prices for all items/CLINs.
• The contractor must submit a technical proposal outlining their approach to waste removal services.
• The contractor must provide contract data for two relevant contracts that they are currently performing or have completed during the last five years.
• The government will evaluate offers based on technical capability, past performance, and price.
• The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the responsible offeror whose offer is determined to be the most advantageous.
