Landscape Maintenance NWS in Wilmington, NC

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to provide landscape maintenance services at the National Weather Service in Wilmington, NC. The contract will be for a base year with options for four additional years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to maintain the grounds, including grass, shrubs, and plants. The contractor will also be required to provide a quality control program to ensure that the requirements of the contract are met. • The place of performance will be the National Weather Service, 2015 Gardner Drive, Wilmington, NC 28405. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and supplies. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed technical approach write-up describing how they will perform the services listed in the Statement of Work. • The contractor will be evaluated based on their technical approach, past performance, and price. • The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
