Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to produce 1,400 tri-fold brochures for recruiters. The brochures will be printed 4/4 with bleeds on 80# gloss text and folded to approximately 8.5 x 3.66". The vendor must provide a 'Press Quality' PDF 'soft' proof for content only and shrink wrap each version separately. The delivery date is January 20, 2026.
Some key points to consider are:
* The vendor must submit quotes via Quick Quote, and late quotes will not be accepted.
* The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email.
* The contractor must be able to provide copies of all delivery, mailing, and shipping receipts upon agency request.
* The specifications of all paper furnished must be in accordance with JCP Paper Specification Standards.
* The contractor must create or any necessary trapping, set proper screen angles and screen frequency, and define file output selection for the imaging device being utilized.
