Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a lease for new, state-of-the-art Endoscopy equipment for the Operating Room, ENT Clinic, and Urology Clinic at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center. The lease includes delivery, installation, integration, training, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and full-service support. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, parts, materials, tools, and supervision required to fulfill this lease requirement. All equipment must be new, FDA-cleared, medical-grade, and compliant with VA and NFPA safety standards.
• The contractor shall provide a 4K surgical imaging platform, ICG fluorescence capability, mobile carts, monitors, VIU scopes, camera consoles, autoclavable camera heads, LED or laser light sources, medical-grade printers, image capture and chart relay components, CO₂ insufflators, video routing systems, telescopes, laparoscopic instrument sets, and other equipment as specified in the Statement of Work.
• The contractor shall provide on-site initial staff training, follow-up training, and training on equipment operation, cleaning, safety, and troubleshooting.
• The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and loaner equipment as required.
• The contractor shall support DICOM image and video export, provide compatibility with Vista/CPRS workflows, and supply integration specifications for future EMR transitions.
