SECOG Eastern Shoreline Path Planning Services in Waterford

The Southeastern Connecticut Council of Governments (SECOG) is seeking proposals for the services of a transportation engineer or transportation planning and engineering firm to provide planning-level design for Eastern Shoreline Path facilities within Waterford, Connecticut. The selected individual or firm will assist SECOG with planning and preliminary engineering and estimation of Waterford sections of the Eastern Shoreline Path. Key aspects of the project include: • Planning-level design for Eastern Shoreline Path facilities • Preliminary engineering and estimation of Waterford sections of the Eastern Shoreline Path • Assistance to SECOG with planning and engineering tasks The proposal should be submitted by 3:30pm on June 5th, 2026, and questions regarding the RFP should be submitted by May 29th, 2026.
