Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract for Rimage Catalyst II 6000 to Data Distributing LLC. The contract is expected to be awarded under RFO FAR Part 12. A Sole Source Justification has been prepared. The contract will be for Rimage Catalyst II 6000 in accordance with the Schedule/SOW.
• The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 334112 – Computer Storage Device Manufacturing.
• Contractors may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the contracting officer.
• Responses must be received no later than August 7, 2026, at 12:00 PM CT.
• Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award.
• Prospective contractors shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller to the Department of Veterans Affairs for the proposed equipment/system.
