The City of North Port intends to award a sole source procurement contract for the acquisition of Carcinogen-Free, PFAS-Free Structural Firefighter Training Gear Configuration. The proposed contract action is for products or services for which the City intends to negotiate and award with only one contractor/vendor under the authority of and in accordance with Florida State Statute 287.057(5)(c). The estimated value of the acquisition is $29,300.00.
