Description
The South Carolina Department of Transportation is soliciting a single new wheeled tool carrier/tele‑handler capable of lifting 50,000 lb to at least 20 ft without stabilizers, and equipped with a 2‑person, OSHA‑compliant work platform. The equipment must meet detailed dimensional, engine, transmission, safety, and warranty requirements, and the vendor must provide on‑site training, full documentation, and a minimum 12‑month warranty. Evaluation will be based solely on the lowest responsible and responsive bid; the contract will run for one year with possible extensions.
