Description
The Village of Hoffman Estates is seeking sealed‑bid contractors to restore the Community Park pond. The work involves shoreline stabilization, erosion control, sediment forebay excavation, modification of the existing outlet structure, installation of rock toe and riprap, placement of native‑plant seed mixes and plugs, removal of invasive vegetation, and associated site‑restoration activities. All work must comply with USACE Nationwide Permit 27, IEPA Section 401 certification, and local SWCD requirements, with a construction schedule that starts no later than 15 Mar 2027 and completes by 16 Aug 2027.
