Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the Udacity License/Support Renewal. This is a sole source procurement to Udacity, Inc., with competition among authorized distributors. The contract will be for a period of 22 months, from 18 Dec 2025 to 17 Sep 2027. The contractor will provide Udacity online courses, learning plan technology quotient, skills assessment, and other related services.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) to access Controlled Unclassified Information.
• The contractor must provide a separate quote for each item/service.
• The contractor must be an authorized distributor/reseller/partner of Udacity, Inc.
