EB Hamilton Sports Complex Parking Lot - Div A, Concrete et al

The Tift County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the construction of the EB Hamilton Sports Complex Parking Lot Improvements Division A: Concrete, et al. The project involves the installation of approximately 7,800 linear feet of curb and gutter, construction of 19 stormwater catch basins, and 554 square yards of sidewalk. The work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications, and the time allotted for completion is 45 consecutive calendar days to substantial completion. The project will be awarded in one contract. • The project requires pre-qualified Georgia Department of Transportation contractors or registered subcontractors. • Bidders must provide a Bid Bond or certified cashier's check in an amount not less than 10% of the bid amount. • The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. • The project is funded by a grant from the Local Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST).
