NOTICE OF CONTRACTOR SETTLEMENT - Big Beaver Dam Construct.

The State of Colorado, Department of Natural Resources, Colorado Parks and Wildlife, is providing notice of contractor settlement for the Big Beaver Dam Outlet Rehabilitation project. The final settlement will be made on July 09, 2026, with American West Construction, LLC. Any person or entity with an unpaid claim against the project must file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim before the final settlement. • The project involves the rehabilitation of the Big Beaver Dam outlet. • Claims must be filed with the authorized individual, Lincoln Harberger, PE. • Failure to file a claim before the final settlement will relieve the State of Colorado from liability for such claim.
