The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price contractor to design‑build and construct water‑delivery efficiency improvements on the East Canal in Colorado. The scope includes demolition of existing structures, earthwork, concrete construction, installation of a 4,200‑ft 36‑inch HDPE diversion pipeline, a double‑barrel 54‑inch siphon, side‑channel spillway, guard‑rail and metal‑fabrication components, and associated site preparation and cleanup.
