Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide a subscription to Thomson Reuters Westlaw, a computer service, and several hard copy legal publications, predominantly updates to the Code of Alabama. The subscription will be for a period of 12 months, from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The pricing will be on a monthly basis. The State of Alabama reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids.
• The subscription includes a computer service (Westlaw) and several hard copy legal publications.
• The publications will be updated monthly or annually.
• The pricing is on a monthly basis.
• The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
• The supplier must be registered in Alabama Buys and must submit responses electronically through Alabama Buys.
