Description
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is seeking bids for the provision of electrical service panels and additional components. The contract will be for the TxDOT Abilene District. The solicitation includes a list of pre-qualified vendors and their approved products. The successful respondent will be required to attend a post-award meeting with TxDOT.
• The contract is for an emergency purchase made under Texas Government Code, §2155.137 and 34 TAC 20.82.
• The solicitation is posted on the Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD).
• Vendors active on the Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL) at the time the solicitation was posted will receive notifications regarding addenda or additional information related to the solicitation.
• The contract will include provisions for delivery, inspections, and tests.
• The vendor will be required to comply with TxDOT's terms and conditions, including those related to intellectual property, cyber security, and indemnification.
