Roxbury Parks Landscape Maintenance

The Boston Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a qualified landscape maintenance contractor to provide comprehensive, year-round services to three key Roxbury parks: Dudley Town Common, Highland Park, and Horatio Harris Park. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the parks' landscapes, including but not limited to, mowing, pruning, planting, and removing debris. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for an additional year. • The contractor must have experience in landscape maintenance and have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the required services. • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed plan for maintaining the parks' landscapes, including a schedule for mowing, pruning, and planting. • The contractor must be able to provide proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor must be able to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and labor laws.
