Deland Courthouse CEP Upgrades and Efficiency Improvements

The County of Volusia is seeking a contractor to perform upgrades and efficiency improvements to the chiller plant at the Deland Courthouse. The project includes the replacement of existing dedicated chillers, pumps, and associated components to improve system efficiency and reliability while ensuring continuous cooling capacity during courthouse operations. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services to complete the work. The project has a total contract time of 180 days and an estimated construction cost of $1,750,000. • Replacement of existing dedicated chillers, pumps, and associated components • Installation of new secondary chilled water pumps and associated components • Provision of new chilled water piping and condensate water piping • Installation of new HVAC controls and integration with existing building automation system • Performance of electrical work, including power to new chiller and associated equipment • Wall reconstruction and system testing and commissioning
