The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers for outpatient clinic services in Wayne County, Pennsylvania. The contract will have a one-year performance period commencing on 08/01/2026. The services include primary care clinic services for veterans within an existing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Key aspects of the job include: • Providing continuity of care for veterans in the vicinity of Wayne County, PA • Maintaining a co-located primary care clinic for veterans within an existing FQHC • Identifying leased sites of care and building-out and staffing those sites prior to commencing operations • Providing short-term service contract to include a one-year performance period
