Critical Power Follow On

The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) is seeking sources for a single award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for critical power system services. The work includes design, procurement, installation, renovation, integration, replacement, alteration, technology refresh, troubleshooting, assessments, inspections, testing, technical documentation, maintenance, and repair of critical power systems and loads. The contractor will provide turn-key design using commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and/or government off-the-shelf (GOTS) equipment. The contract term will be a base period of 60 months plus a six-month option. • The contract will replace a contract for similar services awarded in 2021 for $53M. • The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238210 – Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. • The annual size standard is $19.0. • The procurement method is FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. • The contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) pricing structure. • The contractor must comply with all applicable military, federal, commercial, and local national standards. • The contractor must ensure that original equipment manufacturer (OEM) certified technicians perform work on corresponding equipment.
