Description
The Rhode Island Administrative Office of State Courts is seeking market research on the current UPS infrastructure in three judicial facilities. Respondents must conduct on‑site inspections, verify loads, assess battery life, identify compliance risks, and deliver a detailed written report with recommendations and a budgetary cost estimate for a full physical assessment. This RFI does not result in a contract award; however, responses will inform a future UPS procurement solicitation.
• Conduct mandatory site visits to three court locations and perform load, redundancy, battery, and compliance assessments.
• Produce a comprehensive report covering executive summary, condition analysis, risk identification, recommendations, and a budgetary cost estimate.
• Answer 19 specific “Key Questions” about experience, technical capability, and future UPS needs; no monetary award is attached to this RFI.
