Description
This solicitation awards a FY‑27 task order for maintenance dredging of the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway (AIWW) in North Carolina, covering several inlet crossings and optional beach‑fill/tilling work. The award will be limited to nine pre‑qualified contractors that previously earned contracts under the MATOC W912EP‑25‑R‑0010. The work includes mobilization, hydraulic cutter‑suction dredging, placement of dredged material on designated beaches, optional widening of inlet crossings, clearing and de‑watering operations, required performance and payment bonds, and strict environmental and safety compliance (including UXO protocols, wildlife protection windows, and limited tree‑clearing periods). Liquidated damages of $1,521 per day apply for late completion.
