The Town of Exeter (NH) issued an RFP inviting suppliers to submit sealed proposals for the delivery of four water‑treatment chemicals—sodium hypochlorite, activated carbon, potassium permanganate, and sodium hydroxide—for the calendar year 2023. The Town requires firm, delivered unit prices (per gallon or per pound) that remain constant from January 1 2023 through December 31 2023, with no additional charges.
