Description
The Montgomery County Board of Supervisors is seeking bids for the Lodi Road Overlay Project, Project No. 69-26. The project involves paving and striping work. The bids will be received until 8:30 A.M. on July 6, 2026, at the Montgomery County Courthouse. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any and all bids. The principal items of work under this contract include paving and striping.
• The bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bid number and project name on the exterior.
• A "Certificate of Responsibility" license is required for bids over $50,000.
• The contract documents are available for inspection at the Gardner Engineering, P.A. office and the Montgomery County Courthouse.
• Copies of the contract documents can be obtained from the Gardner Engineering, P.A. office for a non-refundable fee of $100.00.
