Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking qualified Architectural-Engineering (A-E) firms to provide professional, multidiscipline services under Public Law 92-582 (Brooks Act) and FAR Part 36. The services will support projects at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, Maryland, and the Naval Base Stump Neck Annex, Indian Head, Maryland. The A-E services being provided will include general A-E services, industrial A-E services, and mechanical A-E services.
• The resulting basic contracts, if any, are anticipated to have a five (5) year ordering period with an aggregate value of up to $98,000,000.
• The intent is to award five to eight contracts under each MATOC.
• Small business A-E firms specializing in Industrial and Mechanical services are expected to showcase their ability to provide complete architectural and engineering design solutions within those areas.
• Interested contractors should submit a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating ability to perform the requested services.
