The Test Resource Management Center (TRMC) is seeking proposals for the development of technologies required to test and evaluate future warfighting capabilities. The program is focused on Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E), Advanced Technology Development for technologies that will result in higher quality, more cost-effective, and timely Department of Defense (DoD) test and evaluation. The program will consider novel, unproven solutions that are deemed too risky to be adopted in current DoD test and evaluation approaches.
• The program is open to all qualified offerors, including domestic private industry, accredited colleges and universities, non-profit organizations, and commercial and non-traditional defense contractors.
• The program will accept white paper submissions, which will be evaluated based on scientific and technical merit, potential benefit and relevance to the TRMC mission, and cost realism and reasonableness.
• The program will consider proposals for projects with Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs) 3-6 and will not sponsor basic or fundamental research.
• The program will provide funding for selected projects, with the total amount of funding available to be determined based on the quality of proposals received and the availability of funds.
